Advancing
a new
industrial era.
Clean and resilient supply chains
built on next-generation technology.

Resilient. Responsible. Repurposed.
We believe in a new era of manufacturing. An era of reduced costs, resilient supply chains and repurposed waste. We partner with industry leaders to build on, and upgrade, their existing infrastructure with our technology platform, turning CO₂ waste into critical products.
Harnessing nature.
Augmenting with AI.
Our platform combines biology, chemistry and computational tools to
modernize the $100 trillion global industrial install base.
We’ve spent 15 years rigorously researching and developing novel biocatalysts that manufacture critical products from industrial waste gases such as CO₂.

Our AI and computational biology tools integrate our technology with over 10,000 hours of operational data. The bio-software platform enables the development of novel technologies for heavy industry.

TXS–1
Again’s first commercial facility on US soil.
Located in Texas City, the project is a
partnership with soon-to-be-announced
global chemical leader and HELM AG.

NOR-1
NOR-1 is part of the grant-funded PyroCO2 project
and is Again’s second European facility, developed
through a unique interdisciplinary consortium of
leading knowledge and industrial partners.

CPH–1
Again’s first facility is located on the industrial outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Leveraging live, industrial CO₂ from a large-scale wastewater treatment plant operated by Biofos, CPH1 is a testament to our ability to take our science out of the lab, and prove it where it matters most. Live and operational since April 2023, with the capacity to capture and convert up to 1 ton of live industrial CO₂ per day, CPH1 has proven that re-using waste industrial CO₂ is a reality, right now. As one of the largest CO₂ utilization project in Europe, it has been a pivotal part of our upscaling journey since Spring 2022 and has provided us with invaluable data, process insights and products.

TXS–1
TXS-1 is Again’s first commercial facility on US soil. Located in Texas City, the project is a partnership with a soon-to-be-announced global chemical leader and HELM AG.
The project both validates Again’s technology at commercial scale, and also demonstrates the seamless integration into existing industrial infrastructure, validating Again’s ability to develop and construct chemical plants in under a 1-year timespan. By decarbonizing CO₂ sources from one of the dirtiest industrial hubs in the world, TXS-1 showcases the transformative potential of Again’s technology. Again has partnered with HELM AG for offtake and distribution of the chemical products to customers locally, regionally and internationally, contributing to the reshoring of production for critical chemicals in the region. TXS-1 will begin producing glacial acetic acid in late 2025.

NOR–1
NOR-1 is part of the grant-funded PyroCO2 project and is Again’s second European facility, developed through a unique interdisciplinary consortium of leading knowledge and industrial partners.
The project aims to validate the potential of CO₂-derived bioproducts and materials at scale. Supported by a €43M EU Horizon grant, PyroCO2 focuses on the development of a full-scale acetone plant in Norway, leveraging Again’s cutting-edge technology as the core of the process. Once operational, the plant will utilize over 10,000 tons of industrial CO₂ annually to produce up to 4,000 tons of green acetone.

Critical products.
Carbon negative.
Our technology produces cleaner, cheaper products that
form the foundation for critical manufacturing industries.
The chemical sector is the third-largest emitter of global CO₂ emissions. Chemicals are entirely reliant on carbon as a core building block, making them extremely hard to decarbonize. Again’s technology provides a unique solution to reduce emissions from some of the largest, most polluting chemical products, spanning from large commodity chemicals to niche specialty chemicals.
to purchase or sample our chemical products such as Acetic Acid, Ethyl Acetate, Acetone and more.
Fertilizers are a critical component of the global agriculture industry, supporting higher crop yields required for a growing population, but the industry is also a significant contributor to GHG emissions with more than 200 million metric tons production per year.
Again’s technology can produce critical key fertilizer products.
